With our extensive industry experience and contacts, we are uniquely positioned to create your memorable day for much less cost than you might expect. We'll manage your entire wedding - or just certain elements of it. It's up to you. All of the below packages can be applied to corporate events, nonprofit fund raisers, or other private functions. We will listen to your vision and provide you with a flat-fee quote based on the size and needs of your event.
Full Service Package
The full service package will allow a client to have a hands-off approach to planning their event, while still incorporating all they have ever dreamed. We remove the stress, time-consuming research, and to-do lists! The full service package consists of:
- monthly meetings to go over timelines, checklists, vendor contracts, etc.
- coordination of all large functions related to the event (rehearsal dinner, bridal luncheon, etc.)
- unlimited phone and email communication
- proven vendor recommendations, samples, and budget conscious options for all the details
Week-of Event Coordination
The week-of event package allows a client to plan most of their event themselves, while leaving Elizabeth Grace Occasions to tie it all together that busy week before the big day. You don't want to be bothered with a million questions on your special day like, "Where do we set up the cake?" and "We are missing one corsage...what do we do?" We know how to handle these last minute situations. Think of us as the bride's personal assistant. This package includes:
- One meeting no later than one month prior to the event date to secure date and provide the list of vendors.
- Unlimited communication the week of the event to finalize timeline and vendor details
- We will arrive at least 30 minutes before the first vendor is scheduled to arrive. We ensure the set-up and flow of the event is seamless and stay through the cake cutting.
Destination Wedding
Charleston is fast becoming a popular location for destination weddings. With our rich history and beautiful beaches, we are positioned to make a couple's wedding weekend memorable to all involved. A twist to the full service package, our destination weddings allow a bride and groom to travel to Charleston for their special day and have all the details covered. An initial phone conversation will secure the date, explain the vision for the event, and ensure a positive working relationship for all parties involved. Hourly Consultation
This is the perfect package for those who want to coordinate it all yourself, but need a little guidance. We will meet on an hourly basis to provide samples, ideas, vendor lists, timelines and any other information we can to ensure you are equipped to plan your own Charleston wedding. We charge a very competitive rate per hour and require a minimum of 3 hours. Please call for more information.
