With our extensive industry experience and contacts, we are uniquely positioned to create your memorable day for much less cost than you might expect. We'll manage your entire wedding - or just certain elements of it. It's up to you. All of the below packages can be applied to corporate events, nonprofit fundraiser's or other private functions.
Please contact us to arrange for a free consultation. Most of our full service and destination quotes are a percentage of the entire wedding budget or a flat-fee quote based on the expected budget. For the week-of coordination package we will listen to your vision and provide you with a flat-fee quote based on the size and needs of your event.
Full Service Package
The full service package allows a client to relax and enjoy the planning while we provide a plan that incorporates all they have ever dreamed. We handle vendor communication, put together a design and décor plan and offer guidance for all event related questions. We’ll remove the stress, the time-consuming research and share the to-do lists!
Week-of Event Coordination
The week-of event package allows a Do-It-Yourself Client to plan most of their event themselves, while leaving us to implement their vision during that last busy week. You don't want to be bothered with little details on your wedding day. We know how to handle last minute situations that may pop up. Are you or a family member looking for a unique wedding gift? What better way to honor the bride and groom than to ensure they have a smooth, memorable day! Week-of Event Coordination includes:

One phone consultation no later than one month prior to the event date to provide the list of vendors and discuss event vision
Unlimited communication the week of the event to finalize timeline and vendor details
We will arrive at least 30 minutes before the first vendor is scheduled to arrive and ensure the set-up and flow of the event is seamless through the cake cutting
Ceremony Only Coordination
Whether you plan to hold your reception at a later date or are a "do-it-yourself" bride, we offer our ceremony only package. We will answer your questions about ceremony etiquette and flow while ensuring your ceremony is flawless. We will direct the rehearsal and wedding ceremony, coordinate with ceremony vendors and make sure the venue is decorated to your specifications.
Destination Wedding
Charleston is a popular location for destination weddings. With our rich history and beautiful beaches, we are positioned to make a couple's wedding weekend memorable for all involved. A twist to the full service package, our destination weddings allow a bride and groom to travel to Charleston for their special day and have all the details covered. An initial phone conversation will secure the date, explain the vision for the event and ensure a positive working relationship for all parties involved. Planning Consultation
This is the perfect package if you want to coordinate it all yourself but need a little guidance. We will meet with you to provide samples, ideas, vendor lists, timelines and any other information we can to ensure you are equipped to plan your own Charleston wedding. The initial consultation is $300 and additional consultations may be added on at a competitive hourly rate.
